1. Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 calendar days. This 30-day period begins on the date the item is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, not the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Delivery Guarantee (Mandatory for Dropshipping Trust)
As we ship products internationally directly from our suppliers, shipping times can sometimes be long. The estimated delivery window is provided on the product page.
If your order has not arrived and tracking has not updated to “delivered” within 60 calendar days from the date of shipment, we will automatically issue a full refund. This policy acts as a security measure to protect you from excessive logistical delays and minimizes the chance of disputes with your payment provider.
3. Returns Process (Buyer’s Remorse)
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered):

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Quick Resolution Strategy)
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:
